Multi Day Sailing Charter

As with our day trips, the multiple day journeys also focus on a truly private experience. You will spend most of the days and nights on the boat, which puts you in touch with nature like nothing else.

Unless you are a hardcore sailor who is used to spend hours on end on a sailing boat, we recommend to not do more than 25 nautical miles (app. 45 km) per day.

These are our tour suggestions:

2 day charters:

around Koh Phangan: explore Samuis pretty little sister with its plentyful bays, Seychelles-like costline and beautiful reefs

Koh Tan, the Greenpeace Island: this place features plenty of nature, one restaurant with a few bungalows and is otherwise uninhabited; nice snorkelling, nearby lays Koh Madsum, another away-from-it-all island with a pearl farm and an awesome beach

3 day charters:

route-suggestions-3-days

This picture shows 2 different route suggestions. The fine line would show a more relaxed schedule, the fat line one with more miles and more places to see (which is not always the better option). We are happy to advise for the most rewarding route since this is also subject to the prevailing weather conditions.

Ang Tong Marine Park: a magic place consists of app. 40 limestone isalnds, most of them uninhabited; breathtaking viewpoints, trail to the "emerald lake", a saltwater lake on one of the islands, canoeing is another nice thing to do here

Koh Phangan + Koh Wao Yai: this trip leads us around Koh Phangan and on the second day to Koh Wao Yai, a tiny little island between Ang Tong National Park and Koh Tao which offeres breathtaking snorkelling.

4 day charters:

Koh Tao: the Turtle Island (turtles can be seen on some snorkelling spots), with the best visibility in the Gulf of Thailand; plenty of snorkelling and diving spots; lovely natural settings, a variety of accommodation and not to forget Nang Yuan, maybe the prettiest beach you´ve ever seen.

Koh Phangan + Ang Tong: as described above

Koh Tan + Khanom:  Khanom is a place on the mainland that features not only a few very nice beaches and bays but is also home of the pink dolphin, a very rare species that can be frequently observed there.

Around Koh Samui + Koh Phangan

Here is a bit of extra information on the destinations:

Around Koh Samui is self explaining tour: simply find out, what makes this island gem a world class tourist destination - from the water. Overnighting on Koh Tan, the Greenpeace island. Great for Snorkeling and Fishing enthusiasts.

The Ang Tong National Park is a 250 km2 large National Park located 31 km northwest of Koh Samui.

This National Park is full of fascinating beaches, caves and coral formations. The about 50 island group is abundant with marine resources. It contains many oddly shaped islands and rocks which are a feast to the eyes.

You can walk a 1hr. trail on order to see the famous "emerald lake" or explore the area in a rented kanu. Snorkelling is also possible here most of the year.

The main island of the group is Wua Talap on where the Park Office and Administration is located, on this island is it possible to get accomodation ranging from a simple tent to a basic bungalow. You will encounter a lovely monkey family playing around in the trees.

This is the place to visit or even stay overnight if you want to get away from it all.

As usual on our trip we´ll explore the area in a mix of sailing and motoring in order to get there and back in time.

Koh Tao, the Turtle Island: this small island 20 miles north of Koh Phangan is the snorkelling and diving hub in the Gulf of Thailand. The spectacular underwater visibility is due to the increased depht of the sea in this area. We are always amazed when we drop the anchor and actually see it 30 meters down there on the bottom of the sea. Take on a snorkelling mask and be part of this huge aquarium!

As usual we visit lovely bays and beaches that are not occupied from dozends of tourboats. Plenty of accommodation options available, most of them simple but there were a few 4 star resorts opening up recently.

The Koh Tao Tour is only available as a 3 day trip. It can be combined with the ANG THONG and Koh Phangan Tour.

It´s the captains responsability to look after his passengers safety and their wellbeing, therefore we will not allow excessive alcohol consumption onboard. This applies for on-board AND brought along liquors.

All trips are subject to weather conditions. Sometimes a rerouting makes sense because on an island you usually have a wind and wave-sheltered side that allows a more convenient sail.
