To ensure you can book with confidence and rely on everything being exactly as promised when you charter a yacht with us, we offer a Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee ensures a full refund if anything does not meet the standards promised at the time of booking, minus any services already used (e.g., taxi) and payment processing fees.

This guarantee must be claimed within the first 30 minutes after boarding the yacht, before leaving the pier. The guarantee covers the yacht, crew (not their gender or 'beautiness'), interior, and all promised inclusive services. However, it explicitly does not cover the boat names (learn more here), sea and weather conditions or other unpredictable circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator (e.g., problems occuring through your booked third party services or catering).
