The three crew members were absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and made sure everyone was having a great time from start to finish. Did a tour to the Phi Phi Islands via private yacht and it was really top! Communication with the agency was straightforward and my contact Stefan friendly with a pleasant pinch of humor. You can see that a lot of emphasis is placed on good service. Personal requests were taken into consideration and sometimes very spontaneously. The crew was super nice. The food was also not to be despised — altogether 5/5!
