CANCELATION FROM OUR SIDE:
In case of technical issues or bad weather, which could be a security problem and is proclaimed by the Thailand Marine Departement, we reserve the right to postpone the trip or cancel it by paying back 100% refund, deduct by payment fees. .
CANCELATION FROM CLIENTS SIDE:
In the event of cancellation by the customer, we will be happy to try to find an alternative departure day (possibly with additional costs), but no refund of the deposit or final price is possible.
