- Peak season (Dec–Feb): Book at least 2–4 weeks ahead
- Regular season (Nov, Mar–Apr): 1–2 weeks is usually enough
- Low season (May–Oct): Often available on short notice

- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due at the latest upon boarding.

cancellation
- In the event of a technical defect or dangerous weather conditions, which the official Thai Marine Department proclaims accordingly, we offer the customer an alternative date if possible or refund the full amount already paid.
- In the event of cancellation by the customer, we will refund the full amount of all payments already made if the cancellation is received at least 30 days (low season) or 90 days (high season) before the trip date. No refunds can be given for peak season bookings.
- In case of heavy rain or waves over 2.5 meters, customers can postpone the trip to another date, but must bear the expenses already made for food and staff.
