Coral Island est une perle parmi les îles voisines près de Phuket et convient donc particulièrement à ceux qui évitent un voyage à travers une mer agitée et préfèrent trouver leur expérience insulaire dans des eaux très abritées.

Il y a deux plages à choisir sur le côté nord : Banana Beach et Kahung Beach, qui est le port d'escale principal. Il y a un restaurant thaïlandais entre les deux plages et le petit Coral Island Resort propose de petits bungalows directement sur la plage.

Il n'y a pas grand-chose d'autre à explorer sur l'île elle-même - mais il y a une large gamme d'activités, allant de la natation et du snorkeling au kayak, au tyrolienne, au banana boat et au parachute ascensionnel.

Selon la saison, vous pouvez également visiter une petite baie romantique sur le côté sud de Coral Island.

Coral Island / Banana Beach (Koh Hey) fait définitivement partie des meilleures îles près de Phuket pour les excursions en bateau.
